Acceptance
By using our API or web interface, you automatically agree to abide by these clear operational guidelines.
Zero Abuse
Illegal uploads or DDoS attempts via API stuffing result in immediate, permanent account termination.
99.99% Uptime
We strive for perfect reliability, but legally binding SLAs are reserved for our dedicated Enterprise SLA deployments.
Credits & Refunds
API Credits purchased are non-refundable unless legally required in your jurisdiction. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, retaining access until the billing period concludes.
- Unused rollover credits (if applicable) explicitly expire after exactly 6 months of inactivity.
- Downgrading a subscription takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Reverse Engineering
You expressly agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the proprietary AI weights, models, or edge routing algorithms that power EraseBG.AI. Doing so constitutes intellectual property theft.
